When we saw this beautiful mare in Spain on the farm of Fernando Pique Llusa in the Barcelona area, we knew that she must join our family. Niagara is an extraordinarily rich chestnut mare, who is tall and elegant with great suspended strides. This wonderful black mare was born on our farm of our beloved mare Definida MAC from the farm of D. Miguel Angel de Cárdenas Osuna and out of our stallion Revoltoso XIV from the Martinez Boloix lines. The color comes from her sire (genetic black with one grey gene) and the movement is a wonderful melding of the athletic abilities of both parents. This extraordinary grey mare, by happy circumstances, came to us from her home in Spain. She was bred on the farm of the Yeguada San Fernando - La Macarena, and is out of the extraordinarily successful parents Libertado III and Lunera RAM, seen in Spanish shows. Aranesa, in her first show in our name, won the gold medal in mares four years of age and went on to be named Reserve Champion Mare at Celebraton 2011.
